From Sunset Hibiscus to Midnight Dahlias 🌷 🌺 A Garden's Colorful Secrets

Hello dear friends in hive and hello @hivegarden how are you all?
Our garden here is a riot of colors, a mix and match of blooms that somehow magically all get along. It is not a fancy garden the kind you see in magazines. It is more like a happy accident a place where seeds land and decide to stay turning into something beautiful and unexpected.

We have got hibiscus of course. They are like the suns of our garden big and bold but ours come in all shades. There is the classic fiery red the kind that shouts "Look at me!" But then there are the shy ones, in soft pinks and peaches almost like they are blushing. And we even have a few that are sunset orange so bright they seem to glow even when the sun's hiding.

Then there are the dahlias. These are the elegant ones the ones that look like they are dressed up for a party. We have some that are a deep velvety burgundy so dark they almost look black in the shade. Others are striped, a mix of white and purple like they could not decide which color they liked best. And we have one special dahlia that is the color of cream so delicate it looks like it might float away.

But it is not just hibiscus and dahlias. We have little bursts of color everywhere. There are the gumamelas with their bright yellow centers always buzzing with bees. And the sampaguitas their tiny white flowers filling the air with the sweetest scent especially in the evenings. We even have some kalachuchi trees their flowers a mix of pink white and yellow, so fragrant they make you want to sit under them all day.

The best part is how everything changes with the seasons. In the summer the colors are intense almost overwhelming. The reds are redder the yellows are brighter and everything seems to be in a hurry to bloom. But in the rainy season things slow down. The colors soften, the flowers droop a little and everything takes on a quieter more peaceful feel.

Our garden is not perfect but it is ours. It is a place where we can relax breathe in the fresh air and forget about the world for a little while. It is a reminder that even in the middle of a busy life there is always time for beauty for color and for the simple joy of watching things grow.

Until my next garden story.. Thank you and happy reading 😊
