My Long-Time Wish vs My Wallet 😅 — The iPhone 17 Confusion!

A very good evening to all of you!
I am fine and hoping the same for you. Lately, I have been really confused for the past few days. The reason behind my confusion is iPhone 17.

Now let me clarify why I am confused about iPhone 17.
From a long time — since I was in class 10 — I planned that one day when I become capable enough, I will buy an iPhone. But currently, my monthly salary is around 30,000 INR, and even though it’s not possible to buy an iPhone in one month’s salary, this time I really feel like buying it.

There are a few reasons behind this plan —

1️⃣ The first reason is that my current mobile, Infinix Turbo 0 (2023 model), is not that good in terms of camera quality and voice/video recording. Other than that, all features are working fine, so I don’t have any other issues with it.

2️⃣ The second reason is that it has been my long-time wish to buy an iPhone.

3️⃣ The third reason is that with the help of an iPhone, I can capture my memories in better clarity, record good quality videos, and click more beautiful pictures to share here on this platform.

Earlier, I was planning to buy iPhone 16 Pro during the Flipkart season sale, which just finished a few days ago. Since the amount is quite big for me, I asked my senior to help me decide whether investing so much in a phone is worth it or not.

He is already an iPhone user, so for him, the price doesn’t feel that big (he earns more than me 😅). He suggested that if I’m planning to buy the iPhone 16 Pro, then better to go for iPhone 17, because if micro photography doesn’t mean a lot to me and I’m looking for performance, then iPhone 17 is better — as it has the new chipset, improved battery life, and some new features added. He said it’s a value-for-money phone if I’m planning to use it for a long time.

He also told me, “Don’t think too much about the cost if you’re planning to use it for years.”
He himself is using iPhone 13 Pro Max from the last 4 years without any issue.

🗣 Also, I want to ask you all something —
Do you think I should really buy the iPhone 17 or wait for some more time?
Because honestly, it’s a big investment for me. But at the same time, it’s my long-time wish too.
So, your opinion means a lot! Please tell me in the comments whether I should buy it now or not 😅📱
