I'm a little bit sad that I didn't post anything for these last week's, but I'm not really having a good time. I'm gonna try to do it better from now on, but it's being a little difficult.

What is making you not have a good time?
I'm having a tough time at work asking for my vacation and they don't want to let me go.
Hmmmm... why don't they?
I don't know. They just say "no" without explanations. It's very frustrating.
You need to follow up with questions: "How come my leave is not approved? When will there be an alternative for me to book for vacation time?"
I asked those questions. For the first one, they didn't give me an answer, for the second one, they said I should try and ask again at July 29.
