That's the main suspicion, I do know many pilots are overworked and under-payed now-a-days, not to mention the lack of training due to airlines cutting corners, due to corporate greed.

not a fan of the corporate greed FUD.
A lot of pilots quit over the Covid mandates etc…

They have not been able to replace that and lower standards to fill seats.

I worked at a mayor int airport in North America, I did aircraft maintenance and during my work there I learned a lot about the struggle employees go through to do their job well due to airlines and associated corporations cutting corners

every worker everywhere whines like that.
in every industry.

I have no sympathy.

Well you're entitled to your own opinion. I myself don't whine, I like my job, but I won't deny the concerns of other workers.

concerns of workers. That is funny. Love it.

I don't see how that is funny, some have it really bad in their workplace, and it's not something to "love". I don't know what kind of work you've done in your life, but its good to keep in mind that not everyone has your same experience.

I also know some deadly aviation accidents have occurred because pilots were not trained on certain things, the airline decides what it trains its pilots for and it costs money: less training=more money, less training=more deaths.

It's not just about the pay and it's not so simple, not for everyone

it is that simple. If you think it is not. You let your mind and fear prevent you from improving yourself

I don't do such thing, and that has nothing to do with work conditions in the aviation industry

According to your logic we should be living in the 18th century, workers should have no rights, maybe slaves should have stopped whining and just done their work right? Maybe other peoples whining is the reason you have freedom today.

good strawman argument on your behalf though. There is a big difference between protest and whining, and whining and advocating. The people that have changed the world for the better have done much of both, what kind are you?
