We all have one or two bad habits.
Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. When they said no one is perfect, it was no joke; no one is a hundred percent upright. No matter how hard you try, you are human and cannot be without a few bad habits. The truth about bad habits is that some will cost us more than we can pay and have immediate effects, while some accumulate and wait for the right time to land us in trouble, but in all, bad habits will always put us in a tight corner, which is why most of the time we are advised and expected to let it go and not wait until it lands us in trouble before we do.
No matter how we try to sugarcoat it, we all have bad habits, whether we admit it or not; some are extremely bad, and some are not so bad. One of the bad habits I had to deal with was procrastination; it is always fun and gives you enough time to relax and enjoy while the job or task to be done piles up, and when you finally get to work, you will have to work extra and pay back for all the time wasted, but in most cases you might not even get the chance to pay back. I know how many times I almost missed out on opportunities that were good for me, and I realized if it goes on, then I might one day miss out and live to regret it, so now instead of postponing or procrastinating, I just get it done and know that it is off my to-do list.
One of the bad habits I am still battling with is too much screen time; I can be on my phone from morning till night and not get tired of it as I move from one application to another. This is one of the reasons I don't really enjoy holidays because my parents won't allow you to stay more than two hours on your phone, and you will hear, "Is this how much time you spend on your phone? Do you read in school at all?" All these questions and many more, and also sending you on errands just to get you off your phone, I am trying to reduce it as I am starting to feel the effect it has on my eye, but it is a battle I feel I might not win as I engage in a lot of online activities.
It used to be so bad that if left, I might not even bother about food, but lately I have a lot of offline activities going on, and these activities have helped to keep me away from my phone and other gadgets for long. Sometimes spending so much time on the phone and laptop feels like an addiction that needs to be stopped; it is a bad habit that, once I am not busy offline, I am engaging in it.
Once there's a time when I also used a lot of phone from morning to night but then I changed this bad habit and i start to keep myself busy at some other things.
You made the right choice.
Thanks for stopping by.

Too much screen time is a thing most of us are suffering from. And sometimes we don’t even realize that’s the case until we need glasses to see. Lol
Exactly, you won't even see it coming which is why it is better we reduce it as we cannot stop it completely.
