The year 2025: We look back and thank God; we look forward and trust him.

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. In a way it still feels like the year started yesterday because we all still remember vividly how we were screaming "Happy New Year," calling family and friends that are far away to wish them a happy new year too, and just like that the year we called a new one is slowly coming to an end, and in no distant time we will be ushering in another new year, and 2025 will become a thing of the past as we continue pursuing the goals we could not achieve in 2025 in 2026.

So far, so good. The year 2025 has been one rollercoaster ride; there have been ups and there have been downs as well. There are times when we experienced smooth sailing and were able to get things done easily without stressing so much, and there are times when we experienced storms and could not get anything done without overthinking, working tirelessly just to see that things get done and at the right time. The year 2025 was not all bad, and it was not all good; I have had a taste of both sides.

So many people will think the year was a bad one, but when they look back and see how far they have come, what they have survived, and what they have been able to achieve, no matter how small, they will be forced to see the year differently and appreciate God for how far he has brought them and for their little achievements. I am one of those who was able to attain a milestone in the year 2025; one of my plans at the start of the year was to graduate from college, which I was able to do and with flying colors.

The Nigerian educational system turned a five-year course into almost seven years, and finally I was able to graduate. I had ups and downs trying to secure the finances needed to finance my final year project, but in the end I was able to. I achieved the aim for the project, and I have defended the project, so automatically the phase of my life as an undergraduate has finally come to an end, and I am moving to the next phase, and it was no small feat, but I did achieve it despite the ups and downs.

I also had plans to get back to crypto trading and my freelance work before the year runs out, but my offline jobs and school activities keep getting in the way. Do I abandon them and just wait for 2026 before I get back to it again? My answer is definitely no; with school out of the way now, I think I will have just enough time to get back to one, if not all. I believe that the few months left in the year are enough to achieve goals and dreams that were put on hold; all you have to do is get to work.

If you feel like there is no time anymore to pursue your goals because the year is almost coming to an end then you are wrong, don't relax and start doing something.

Offline jobs and education are some kind of crypto distraction.
