The impact of technology on transportation.
Hello, everyone.
The transformation that followed science and technology is something that words cannot really express; we have gone from having nothing to having it all. I have said it before, and I will keep saying it: our forefathers will be jealous of our generation because of these technologies we have access to and how they have made life easy for us, but trust me, our generation will be jealous of the next generation to come because of what the future holds and the speed at which technology continues to evolve and impact human life positively.
Everything we have access to today, we have science and technology to thank for it. If science and technology did not work hand in hand to bring our world to the level it is today, then I wonder what our world would have been like, felt like, or looked like. The level of advancement and development we see all around the world was made possible through science and technology.
Technology impacted every aspect of life, and it, in a way, made life very easy for us. The many things we have access to that our forefathers did not enjoy are all thanks to technology. Those days our forefathers depended on their legs and animals (beasts of burden) for transportation and movement from one place to another; those days people spent weeks and even months traveling to the same place that takes us hours to travel to today. Those days without beasts of burden, the other option we had to fall back to was our legs, thereby trekking to our destination no matter how far and how long it'd take us.
Today technology has turned things around, and we have so many options to choose from. Today we can choose to travel by train, car, tricycle, airplane, helicopter, ship, or boat. We have so many options to choose from, unlike the people that were before us. The impact of technology has made transportation a lot easier than what it used to be; in those days, people spent days, weeks, or even months traveling with a lot of discomfort. Today, technology has made that journey shorter and with a lot of comfort.
Those days all they had were beasts of burden and their legs; today we have electric cars, automatic and manual cars, trains, electric trains, airplanes, and all of them come with super comfy seats. You travel with so much comfort, more like you never left your house, and you arrive at your destination in no time.
You can relax comfortably on the seat of a car, train, or airplane until you arrive at your destination; those before us never got to experience such, and they had to travel for days, weeks, and even months with so much discomfort, from trying to make sure the animal was fed to trying to make sure they rested, and during the journey they ensured the animal was on track; technology did turn things around.

Very beautifully written.in fact I myself sometimes think about these issues that how much the current world has advanced with advanced technology, then I don't know what else is waiting for the future generations. We have to thank science and technology for everything we have today.Because the progress and development that we see around the world has been possible through science and technology.
