I welcome you to my blog. As kids we had so many dreams, some of us were quite eager to grow up and enjoy the benefits that comes with being an adult, those days it was quite painful that I had to be in my room by 7pm while my uncle that was living with us could be out late till even 11pm and I really wanted to grow up and enjoy things like that but I did not know growing up came with a lot of other things other than just staying out late, I did not know that as a grown up you had to work yourself out to get the things you want, you have to engage in jobs you don't like, jobs you don't even like and also you have to work with people that you do not like, people who their character and that of yours are not in anyway a match but you just cannot escape working with them.
In a work setting or workplace, there will always be those who annoy you, those who do things to get on your nerves, not just the regular teasing between colleagues. I mean something more than that, like where I used to work, we had a guy who, whatever workers discussed between themselves in the company, went back to tell the manager everything. That was his way of buying favor from the manager, and he made the rest of us look bad. Back then, I used to wish things like this and people like this in a workplace could actually be avoided, and when I mean avoided, like just cut them off and have nothing to do with them, but that is impossible.
One thing I came to realize in the company is that every task, no matter how difficult it is, can be overcome through a team effort. If you want any firm to crash or cease to function, make sure that there is no teamwork; just make sure the entire team is always in disagreement and watch what happens. Working in the company made me realize the importance of teamwork and how it helps to push the company forward; the growth of every company totally depends on teamwork.
It was a sachet and bottled water producing company. We had those in charge of the production room, those in charge of distribution, and those whose duty was to make sure the production line was in order before production started, but sometimes those in charge of distribution can help those in the production room when the job at hand seems to be overpowering them. Everybody comes together to assist each other whenever the need arises, and before you know it, the job that looked like it was impossible to get done will be done in no time.
Teamwork is just how you get the job done; it is how you get the company or firm moving forward and ensure growth, as without teamwork there will be little or no growth at all.

Taking the rulership of a country as an example, if the work is left for the president of a country alone , there's no way there will be progress in the country
Exactly, we all need to come together and change the story.
Teamwork is essential to run any company. There is no such thing as an impossible task. Yes, it is difficult. But through teamwork, work can be made easy and the impossible can be made possible. Be it a water company, a seed company, or any other company. Different workers of the company who work as a team can perform this task better and better through their own opinions. Therefore, teamwork is very important for any company.
Team work is best to make a successful plan and also for success. No one can get success alone so team work is best way.
Teamwork is always make difficult thing easy and highlighting the contrast between childhood dreams and the realities of adulthood especially in the workplace.
