Surviving is winning.
Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. It is not just the weather that moves in seasons; life also moves in seasons. Today might be your season of joy and tomorrow a season of sadness, but one thing I have come to realise is that both seasons will pass and not stay forever, especially for those who are experiencing the sad season. As a child I really wanted to become a grown-up and probably enjoy life because I always thought life was a bed of roses and would always be a smooth sail. I did not know that there was more to being an adult.
As an adult there will be good and bad days, but as a kid, your parents served as a shield and did not let you experience any of that as they worked really hard to make sure that you had everything you needed, and they ensured that everything you needed was served to you on a platter of gold, and you did not even have to move a finger. Sometimes all you had to do was ask and it was provided; sometimes you did not even ask and it was still provided, and this caused a lot of us as kids to think life was easy, not knowing there are more obstacles and storms in life than smooth sails.
One thing that is constant in life is the ups and downs (challenges and good days) that come with it; you just cannot avoid it, no matter how hard you try, and it is funny how you cannot enjoy only ups, like we all wish for and want to; the downs will definitely come knocking and will somehow find their way in. As humans nobody likes the days of difficulties and challenges; we all want to keep enjoying the days of success, joy, happiness and harmony, but life does not operate like that, as it will show you both phases of life (the ups and the downs).
The one time I was so down was in my 300L; that is one point in my life where I told myself it was all over. Everything I got involved in failed. Then things would be going well for people, and the moment I got involved too, it kept paying or going well for them, but on my part it was a completely different story. At some point I started feeling like there was something wrong with me because why would things be working for people and not work for me? The same thing is working perfectly well for others and paying them, but with me it feels like I am doing something wrong or I am missing a point, but I am actually doing everything the same way others are doing it.
That period I had school fees, house rent, and a lot of other school bills and even personal needs and bills to sort out, and I kept giving my all to make sure I was able to get every bill sorted, but all effort to do so was in vain. That period was one where I woke up depressed and slept even more depressed, but I survived, and things turned around, and that is why I captioned the post 'Surviving is winning.' Your case is only concluded the moment you stop breathing or the situation you are in takes your life, but as long as you are alive and breathing and putting in the effort to change your situation, you will find a way around, and things will turn around for good.
If you survived a difficult situation, you have won already, you just have to keep going.
ALL INAGES USED ARE MINE.
There are always ups and downs in life, Surviving itself is winning You just have to wait time definitely changes.
Once there is life, there is hope for us all. Indeed, surviving is winning.
As long we sleep and wake by God's grace there is hope for survival

Such is life bro. But wait a second, please tell me the school you finished from is not MOUAU because the background from that picture looks a lot like it.
It's MOUAU bro, you still a student there or you have graduated?
When the after struggle turned out to be a failure it use to be very depressing to our mental health.
