Private owned over government owned.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. One thing with humans is that 70-90 percent of humans will not do what is expected of them when there is no one there to control them or supervise them to ensure they get their duties and tasks done, and for that reason the government-owned sector has deteriorated badly, ranging from schools, government-owned organizations, and even our health sectors are not spared, and that is why we are where we are today.
I have seen teachers in government schools behave in a way that left me speechless; a teacher comes to school twice a week but has their colleagues sign attendance for them throughout the week, and they do this because they work under the government and have no one watching them, or even those watching them are their friends, and for that reason will not penalize them for their misconducts, and they keep doing it and don't even care, as at the end of the month they are sure to receive their salary.
I attended a government school, and I remember our mathematics teacher always making the statement, "Whether I teach you or not, I will receive my salary, so whether I teach or not, it is your loss and my gain." And he lived by it; we had mathematics every day, but he only taught twice a week, and the rest of the week he gave us assignments on topics he did not teach, and we were expected to teach ourselves that, and for that reason, we had to enroll for extra moral classes so the tutor could help us cover where our teacher failed to cover.
Our economics teacher was the worst; he gives you the bites for the whole term to copy in a week and comes to class on a very good day to explain everything. All these are typical examples of the nonchalant attitude many people see the government portray, and for that reason, everything owned by the government is not even trusted to deliver because those workers under the government expected to deliver are not willing to do so because there is no one to get them to do it.
We all must have at a point gone to a government organisation and met them in the office just sitting and gisting but will never attend to you as they will tell you to come back later if they are in a good mood, but if they are in a bad mood, then you will have to come back after a week. It's annoying and painful because clearly they are not doing anything, not even what they are being paid for, but they still won't attend to you.
For private sectors, there is always a superior making sure you work for your pay, and if you fail to do so, you will be penalized and face the consequences. No two ways about it, which currently makes privately owned organizations more reliable, but the only disadvantage is the cost to have access to the services of the privately owned organizations or firms. The privately owned firms are currently doing better than the government-owned ones, currently ranging from education, the health sector, and all around. The nonchalant attitude from those working under the government with no one watching them cannot be seen in those working in private sectors.
In conclusion, I prefer privately owned over government-owned because of customer service and the quality of the service they render while the government-owned continues to deteriorate; the privately owned are improving and evolving.
I attended a government school too, the education system is messed up. My maths teacher always says the same thing with yours.
Most teachers became extortioners, in the name of project, they'd would collect money from students.
My parents got fed up at some point and they enrolled me into a private school.
The need to enroll your kids in private school over government schools cannot be overemphasized.
Thanks for dropping by.
I am very conversant with this statement. I also attended a state owned school. and my lecturer do sing this to us every time.
Though private sectors are good and some have better quality and management, their price is very high and not every body can afford it.
The major problem with private owned firms is the high cost, aside that they are actually doing better than government owned.
Those government workers in authorities can be so annoying, no lie about this.
Very very and extremely annoying.
Thanks for stopping by.
The truth is that those who work in a government office have that bad behavior towards their jobs they are the ones making everything worse for people if not government sector should have been better because it is for everyone even those who can’t afford it can also benefit unlike private sector that will ask for huge amounts of money which might be too much for some people to cope with.
That's the simple truth, government owned is actually supposed to be doing better than private owned but the reverse is the case.
