Climate change is a general dilemma.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. One thing I have come to realize is that every human activity has a way it affects the environment that we live in, and in most cases, the effect of human activities on the environment tends to be a negative one, one that leaves us (humans) suffering for the consequences of our actions. There are only a few human activities that do not have a negative effect on the environment. Today, global warming and climate change are dilemmas we all have to deal with thanks to human activities and continuous development.
Construction of roads and houses, moving from one place to another using vehicles, and industrial activities all have a way of affecting the environment because before all this is achieved or made possible, there will be cutting down of trees and removal of green vegetation, and all these are what actually help the environment, and when they are removed, the environment is affected. Sometimes we think they are just plants and don't have a role, but it is not so; every green plant has an important role it plays in the environment, and removing them means the role they play will no longer be played, and for the environment to function and serve us well, every important role played by both plants and animals must be played efficiently.
Some of the activities we engage in affect the environment negatively, and in the long run, the environment cannot hold it any longer, and we have to face the consequences that come with actions. Sometimes these consequences come knocking years after we must have done what had a negative impact. Some of the environmental issues we have to deal with today were done by people who are no more; they are not here to pay for the consequences of their actions, but others are doing it for them.
Climate change is a general dilemma because it is not something a single person or individual will have to suffer or deal with; it is something that we all have to face, and at the moment we are all dealing with it. Gone are the days when you could comfortably predict the month in which it would start to rain and the month in which there would be no rain at all; these days it rains during the dry season, and then there is a dry season in months when it is supposed to rain. Those days you knew it would start to rain in the month of May, but lately, even in the month of June, we are still begging, praying, and hoping that it rains.
The climate is changing, and lately it feels like the planet got closer to the sun, but it is not so. All these are happening because human activities have caused the ozone layer to deplete. The ozone layer was meant to protect us from direct UV radiation, but the depletion of the ozone layer has caused an increase in the amount of heat from the sun that reaches the earth. We all have to come together and reduce how much negative effect our activities as humans have on the environment and the earth, as human activities cannot be completely removed from the equation; all we can do is reduce and minimize how much it impacts the environment negatively.
I agree with you, the climate changes everytime and it really feels like it is getting far more closer to the sun than ever.
Hmmmm this is another approach I kinda like, so it's like our activity also has an effect to the climate change ehn? Hmmm that's something I am just knowing
Hmmm, our daily activities are causing climate change. Thanks for sharing.
Climate change is a general dilemma that everyone must suffer from, and at the same time, it makes our bodies responsive, meaning that our bodies are active. Thank you for sharing.
Climatic change is indeed global even as each nation of the world faces it as it pertains. Thanks for sharing this with us.
