Found an interesting one for sale on Summerside PEI today. It has permits for a 4 room B&B with a two bedroom apartment with its own entrance and civic address. Asking $399,000.
It's really tough because 4 might be a lot bigger. We can't see how far it goes back.
I would take the chance with 4 and assume it had ton's of room in there but now the old wiring that might be in 2
I would choose number 1 but I actually like a more modern style :)
I think I like #3 the best …. Log cabin Interiors are so cozy especially during autumn and winter months….
