... And Suddenly The Weather Changes! || IAmAliveChallenge #151 || Thank God Is Friday || IAmAliveAndThriving || 02.05.2025
The second day of May 2025 would have create history in the sands of time for having display a weather that suits all activities starting from the early hours of the day. It afforded me the opportunity to walk some distance to the market to buy some food items.
But towards the evening, I noticed a drastic change in the temperature and within a twinkle of an eye the once clement weather is now wearing a different new look. I quickly unhang my clothes from the drying rope outside and brought them in.
The next moment I could hear a blasting sounds of rumbling thunders from the east to the west and from the west to the south which immediately began to descend the water as if a tap of reservoir is let open.
When I looked through my windows, I could only imagine the sudden changes that seems to cascade each other in swift sequence.. What a handiwork of a creator!
Thank God Is Friday
As I stayed in the room and listen to the lyrics of the descending rain on the roof, I imagine how messed up the street which is under construction will be, especially to neighbors and my wife with the kid that will be returning home in a couple of hours. Well, thank God is Friday (TGIF), some will be resting tomorrow and wash off their messy shoes. Of course others will still be out for other engagements, the vibes will be different though.
