Pretorian landowners are under the highlight of the community challenge. I am currently the owner of four lands in two separates regions.

How the update of the land from the current version to the land 1.75 is going to affect my resource production?

I am not a big landowner, in fact my current ownership of plain and riverside small area is only activated for the grain production.

It is possible that I make strategic move to optimize the production on this normal type of land in Pretoria.

All the lands under my control currently are all producing grain and I fear that it is not enough to help me build a good stake on the land 1.75.

After reading the update conduct on the project, the ownership of only type of lands will not favor much of the appetite of the land explorer and long time splinters on the game.

It is of great importance that I managed to get into production newly purchase lands for the vision and the possibility to capitalize on new possibilities, whether it is the items or rare artifact that can be produced from the land exploration.

As of now, I have no idea of the hidden resources on my plot to ready myself for the extraction of magical resources. I am going to stay alert for this rare resources in the game that may prove to be very lucrative in the future.

I will prepare for this opportunity, gathering all the fund necessary to complete with success my plan.

Also, I would love to buy two plots of land in the Mountain, Badlands or Caldera. This location is perfect to produce the Ores (Iron) collected after workers in the Mine Building achieve the main goal and find rare mineral to sale on the market.

I got all the land under my deeds at full production of grain. It is possible that the acquisition of new land in the mountain area create a demand for more special cards to stake as workforce in this Mine. It is an adjustment that I am willing to set in motion when the time comes.

The optimization for the new land update will focus on the purchase of land and their installation for full production of Ores. It is going to be expensive considering the rare number of plots available for sale in the Location Mountain, Bandlands and Caldera

I am currently using monsterMarket to sample the area I am going to buy land in the area where Mining of Ore can be lucrative.

If my strategy comes to past, it would mean that the collection of Grain and Ore played a vital role in the construction and the defense of the lands in Pretoria battle for control and power.

It is so easy to find what I am looking for using the MonsterMarket filter tools to target the preferred area buy a plot in the arch places in Pretoria world.

I have to mention this part to all the newbies coming to buy land that there are two types of land, the surveyed and non surveyed lands.

I will recommend purchasing your surveyed land because it has more information that can play a vital role in your future land management in the game. Furthermore, I found the price quite different from the surveyed land (available on Monster Market) and the non surveyed lands (easily accessible on Hive-engine).

The only interest with the unsurveyed land is that you can find yourself in possession of a great high value land or a very common, boring location in Pretoria. It is a gamble that will cost you many DEC.

Final thoughts

The update of Land 1.75 is a pure addition of value to the wealth under the land in Pretoria. I would love to see the value of the land rises as the unique resources in certain location will generate rare materials to those who put to production lands in various location on the map.

Even if my resources are limited, I am still active on the Market Hub and the mining of grain for the entire time I can spare on Splinterlands Land Conquest.
