Ramadan fasting snacks
Hello friends, how are you today in the twenty-fifth Ramadan? I hope you are always healthy and always under the protection of the Almighty. On this occasion, I will share my story in this blessed month. Coincidentally, today I am trying to share a story about takjil in the fasting month. Coincidentally, I made several menus to share with people who are fasting in the afternoon. Hopefully, this will be a charity for me later when I meet the divine Lord.
Today, I have made some menus for breaking the fast, and don't forget also with this I try to take some pictures that I think are very interesting, for the story on this very important day, here I tell about some of the menus that I cooked today, which look very interesting and appetizing, and have a delicious and tasty taste, the first I cooked vegetable SOP, in this vegetable there are several fruits such as carrots, potatoes, beans and others,
How to cook this SOP vegetable is very easy and very simple, first of all the fruits that I mentioned earlier are sliced into small pieces and look very unique to increase appetite later, after that make spices such as garlic, candlenuts, pepper, small chilies and all these spices are finely ground according to the measurement of the vegetables, after that the spices that have been finely ground are all sauteed with the addition of a few slices of red onion, bay leaves and star anise, and gapu laga, which makes the aroma even more appetizing after that add enough water and don't forget salt and flavoring to taste, cook until the fruits are cooked.
In the second menu I made soy sauce chili chicken, the seasoning is made from red chili, shallots, garlic, a little candlenut added with a little pepper powder to make the taste more blended, after all the ingredients are cleaned and blended until smooth, then saute the shallots a little gapu laga, and bay leaves, don't forget to put in sweet soy sauce according to taste and salty soy sauce, don't forget the flavoring to taste, and the chicken that has been cut into small pieces is then given a little salt and a little turmeric powder, after that it is steamed for about 15 minutes, after everything has absorbed the song is taken from the steamer, then fried until cooked After the chicken and soy sauce are cooked, then the chicken is put into the chili sauce and stirred until evenly distributed and the chili is allowed to soak into the chicken.
Then after everything is done, now I peel the cucumber, don't peel it too clean so that only a little green color remains so that the water looks more delicious, after peeling it, grate it into a bowl, then put enough water and sugar, and syrup until it tastes sweet, and after that put the ice into the bowl to make it even more appetizing.
And the last one is cooked the rice until done, then all of it is wrapped in wrapping paper, and the other menus are put into plastic too, if all is ready to be wrapped then put one plastic containing one rice vegetable SOP plus chicken soy sauce and cucumber water. If it is all filled then put it in a large plastic and can be distributed to people who are fasting, before breaking the fast, and can be eaten when breaking the fast later, hopefully it will be a good deed for me in this year's Ramadan
