My Perfect Weekend
The life of an average working class adult is like that of a battery. Every night, it recharges through rest and sleep, and during the day, the battery gets drained as exhaustion and stress for daily work sets in.

Most times, it feels like the cycle of sleep - wake - work doesn't end. It gets harder when there's nobody to give emotional or physical support. Irrespective of how stressful and exhausting work can be, having a supportive person or someone to talk to can be really helpful to ease the stress.
The person that added weekends as a work-free day deserves an award. Many people work for hours in a day and the only time they can rest is during the weekend. Though not everyone can get a complete rest due to the many engagements in their schedule.
This post is an entry for India United prompt, "My Perfect Weekend: If I Could Plan It My Way." In this post, I would share my views of what I think is a perfect weekend for me.
Weekends are amazing to none-workaholics. I'm not a workaholic, that's why I try everything possible to secure passive income. Smooth and effortless Cashflow. If possible, I will love all my days to be as stress-free and work-free as weekends. Lol.
By personality, I'm not really extroverted. Even when I'm with loved ones, I prefer silence and solitude probably because I can get to think and provide solutions to any problem I can think of.
Many people would want a weekend that's full of fun, dancing and partying, but then, personally, I don't really want that. I'm not the partying type. Socializing is a lot of work, so, my perfect weekend is not one where I attend events, socialize and have fun with friends. I'm kind of a boring guy.
My perfect holiday will be one where I'm all by myself in a very quite area with birds singing, calming sounds of rainfall andd no sounds of vehicles or any other artificial things or any persons disturbance. Don't get me wrong, I like having people around me, but then, when it comes to relaxation, rest and recharging, I prefer to just be by myself.

I would love a weekend where I spend the entire 3 days reading theories by great psychologists in a noiseless area so that I could emerse my entire self to the book while creating mental images of my self being in the events that made the psychologist come up with that theory. Most especially, I love theories that has to do with human behaviours. I see human behaviours as the best form of entertainment. Theres peace, love, wars, petty fights e.t.c among we humans that are quite interesting to me. Weird yeah? Lol... I get that a lot.
So, spending a weekend reading the diverse works of psychologists is the best weekend I could have. However, as of now, this is not very possible to achieve because of the nature of my schedule. Hopefully, as time goes on, I'll find a way to make my schedule a little bit free to accommodate something like this during the weekend.
