Cleanplanet activities. 11/07/24

Hello everyone and welcome to my post. It is a new day, a bright and beautiful day with good weather, great health and a wonderful sunrise.

I am happy to be gifted with another opportunity to see a new day. A day as beautiful and bright as this one is.

I woke up to a beautiful day with good health. The sunrise was really amazing and I enjoyed my exercise for today.

After saying a short prayer, I dressed up to go out for my early morning road work. It was a calm one which I enjoyed. After a long while of jogging, I decided to go back home. Sluggishly, I went back home.tk rest for a while before I continued with the next phase of my exercise. This phase includes stretching of the already stuff muscles. Took a while to stretch but I did it anyways.

After I was done with the second phase of my exercise, I went down to the bathroom to shower and become fresh again. After bathing, I went to the kitchen to prepare a hearty meal. It was a good process as I was accompanied by some music.

I went out for my daily activities afterwards. My clean planet activity flr the day followed next. Took some pictures which I uploaded below.
