Vegetable Momo Recipe

May marks a beautiful time of the year. At this time, a lot of flowers are everywhere. Among them, there are krisna chura, jarul, kathgolap, muhua and other flowers. Every day when it is time to go to university I watch with fascinated eyes. Some day I will share it with you.
On this beautiful day, I am here with a beautiful recipe. That is the vegetable momo. It is known in all countries of the Asian continent and is among the favorite foods of young to old people.

Ingredients-

  1. Cabbage, onion, carrot, potato
  2. Eggs
  3. Oil
  4. Flour
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Garlic
  7. Pepper
  8. salt
  9. Chopped green chillies
  10. soy sauce
  11. Vinegar
  12. Instant Test Maker
  13. Cornflower
  14. Tetul Chutney

Step 1-

Finely chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and potato. These are the main ingredients of Momo.

Step 2-

Then take a pan and put some oil in it. When the oil is hot, fry it well with eggs.

Step 3-

Then fry the chopped vegetables in the same pan. Fry some onions in oil in a pan. I will add potato chops, chopped garlic, onion sprouts, and carrot chops and at the end, I will add chopped cabbage. The reason for adding the cabbage last is that the momos will be tastier only if it is lightly boiled.

Step 4-

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper powder.

Step 5-

After cooking for a while, add crumbled egg, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and one teaspoon of vinegar and instant tastemaker.
then add cornflower mix with the fried vegetable.The fry should be taken down and cooled.

Step 6-

Then the outside of the momo should be made into bread-like dough. You have to make your own choice. You can add oil to the flour to enhance the taste. Take a small bread roll and take 1 spoon of vegetable stuffing on it and make it like a leaf. You can do it the other way if you want.

Step 7-

Put some oil in the pan and add the momos. After a little cooking, cover with water. I will pick up the momos when the water is gone.

# step 8- Make a momo sauce by adding tamarind chutney, tomato chutney, salt, chilli powder and water. lastly, enjoy the momo .

Momo is also available as a street food in Bangladesh. Afternoon or evening hot momo is very good. It is a popular dish for entertaining guests. Everyone will love this as an afternoon snack. Since it is not a fried food, it is very good for your health.
