Tuve la oportunidad de asistir a una exposición, donde había dos artesanos de la miel. Cada uno en su estand. Uno, de nombre Azahares y el otro, Las Reinas. Ambos, venden productos derivados del néctar de los dioses, la miel. Como podrán observar en las fotografías, me he tomado tres fotos con la protagonista de este post, la abeja. Una es la reina, por supuesto la más grande, un zángano y una obrera. Fueron hechas de bronce, para lucirlas en los puestos de ventas. Realmente están hermosas y es un lindo trabajo, que merece aplausos y que les compren muchos de sus productos.
En fin, en ambas propuestas, había exhibición de potes con miel y jengibre, propóleo en líquido, jalea real, cera pura de abejas, etc. caramelos de propóleo, jarabes de propóleo con miel con frutos secos, y hasta cremas para cosmética. Es decir, había una buena cantidad de productos a base de miel, me hubiese gustado llevar unos cuantos, pero el presupuesto no daba para tanto.
Estos productos a base de miel, sin dudas, tienen propiedades curativas. No hay discusión en esto.
La miel es, como les dije al principio, un néctar de los dioses. Y que las únicas que la producen son las abejas. Ellas son nuestras salvadoras en el mundo. Dicen, que si las abejas desaparecieran se acaba la vida en el Planeta.
Las abejas elaboran la miel, en el momento en que recolectan el polen de las flores, luego lo deshidratan, y le agregan enzimas y fermentos, para convertirlos en azúcar. Esa azúcar natural, sin ningún tipo de químicos, se recomienda para sustituir al azúcar blanca.
Algunas propiedades de la Miel de Abejas, son:
Regula el azúcar en sangre
Reduce el estrés metabólico
Combate el insomnio
Ayuda en la disminución de alergias.
Es curativa y suavizante, auxiliar de las gripes, garganta irritada, etc. Son múltiples los beneficios que nos aportan las abejas al elaborar su miel.

I had the opportunity to attend an exhibition where two honey artisans were present. Each had their own stand. One was named Azahares and the other, Las Reinas. These honey-based products undoubtedly have healing properties. There's no argument about this.
Honey is, as I told you at the beginning, a nectar of the gods. And the only ones who produce it are bees. They are our saviors in the world. They say that if bees were to disappear, life on the planet would end.
Bees make honey by collecting pollen from flowers, then dehydrating it and adding enzymes and ferments to turn it into sugar. This natural sugar, free of any chemicals, is recommended as a substitute for white sugar.
Some properties of honey are:
Regulates blood sugar
Reduces metabolic stress
Combats insomnia
Helps reduce allergies
It is healing and soothing, and helps with colds, sore throats, etc. There are many benefits that bees provide us
