I had a friend back in my service year, he was a cool and fun guy. But one problem I had with him was that he would only be eager to plan for what to eat when he was already hungry, unlike me who always loved to plan for meals ahead of time before hunger came.
He was always fond of doing this and would suddenly become so active and full of life, running around to arrange food whenever he got hungry. I used to complain about it, but he never did anything to change. Since we were like roommates in the corpers’ lodge and we cooked and ate together, I didn’t want any issues.
So on this fateful day after our work at our PPA, I noticed he was very hungry and I was too. We had to stroll back home, but my guy was walking so fast just to get home and look for what to eat. He walked past all of us, but I quietly branched a shop with the other corpers, got a cold Coca-Cola and drank it with bread. Then when we got home, my guy had already prepared everything. He was shouting, “Nsi set the fire, set the fire, let’s cook” 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
