Nigeria is one of the countries with many ethnic groups, and this alone is a factor that contributes to some of the problems we face in the country.
Ethnicity is one of the things that lead to inter-tribal conflicts. If you agree with me, aside from religion and political sentiment, ethnic sentiment is one of the major challenges in our country.
Even in different offices, you find people ignoring the qualified individuals and choosing the less qualified simply because they share the same ethnic background, and this has affected the growth of the nation.
Dear friends, we should all make a conscious effort to avoid ethnic sentiment if we truly desire lasting peace in our society and the country at large, and for sustainable growth, ethnic sentiment must be avoided.
