Additional Way Forward for the Hive Reach out Community.

As stated in the hive reachout community , the community is a community set to promote humanity through the provisions of social amenities and charity giving. This is a good initiative because we all need to give a helping hands to each other for the world to become a better place.

Hive community have been giving weekly topic for her members to write on and this is also a good initiative because it give the members opportunity to read insightful ideas from others. This week topic is a great one because it will help gather innovative ideas from members on how to grow the community and how to make the hive reach out community better.

My own suggestions to make the community more better are listed as follows ;

1 . Monthly Interactive Post : Create monthly interactive post , asking members of the community to list their problems and the challenges they are encountering in the community and what they feel should be done.

2 . Reward and Incentives : Reward members who consistently contribute to the community by writing quality content in the weekly prompt and also comment, reblog and engage in post.

3 . Milestone Recognition : Celebrate members who has achieved a certain milestone in the community. Example when a member makes his or her first 50 or 100 post in the community. A certain number of HBP can be sent to the person.

4 . Develop and promote a Facebook page by always posting some of the interesting prompt on the Facebook page.

5 . Partner with members who have NGO'S and touch lives in their society. For example , I have a NGO by name N-Samp Foundation , we do school reach out programs every year. Check the link to our page for more of our projects. You can also partner with NGO's like Rotary and Rotaract clubs.

6 . Create a data base where members can connect and network for a job opportunity and business partnership.

1. Use some hive generated report to carry out humanitarian projects like school donations , health outreach in communities etc.

8 . Organizing a monthly tutorial classes for the newbies on how to use different frontend and how to navigate the community will help.

I believe by implementing these ideas , hive reach out community can grow to an enviable heights.
