I have had experience as a teacher and I see what you mean!
It's a very difficult and responsible job.
Not every person, even with specialized education, can work with kids 🙂

Working with kids takes skills, patience, anf understanding. It's not all that easy, but one can learn with time. Education, too, but it's not so straightforward for me.
What did you teach back when you were in education?
