I have equally been in your shoes so many times dear. I try my best to help others to the best of my abilities, but I have observed that some people just love taking advantage of someone's kindness and I have learned to say "No" when necessary. Saying No isn't a bad thing and you shouldn't feel bad whenever you do it when necessary.
