Aside from blogging, what other things do you do with your phone to earn money?

So I have been making money as a blogger on the internet since 2018 with my mobile device, thanks to Hive. Aside from bloggers I engage in other activities (directly and indirectly) to make money with my mobile device. If you have been on hive long enough, you are probably doing some of these things, but for the sake of newbies, I will speak about them in more detail.

When I am not creating content, I spend my time curating content. This involves finding good content and rewarding them. On a normal day, I spent 1-2 hours finding good content every day and helping creators with tips I believe can improve their content. Currently, I work as a curator for two curation teams/guilds and I earn weekly from these endeavours. The pay isn't much (around $3-$10), but I don't mind the extra income. It also gives me the unique opportunity to give back to my community.

Recently, I started microblogging on X and Leo threads to earn some tokens and fiat. This is fun and the effort required varies. For X/Twitter I need to spend hours engaging to make something significant, while on Thread it is a lot easier considering I am one of the top threaders (maybe not any more).

Another thing I do for money is airdrop farming. When I am done with my major tasks for the day I visit my favourite telegram channels for signals/alphas on new and old projects that plan to give out their token. I just need to carry out some tasks to qualify. The only downside to this is that some of the tokens you receive from airdrop farming are worthless and it takes a lot of time to farm these tokens.

Occasionally I gamble--I play sporty bets. Although I don't consider this to be gambling. Sports betting is similar to day trading, you make predictions based on available data. However, I do this once every 3-4 months so it might not count and I also don't encourage people to get into gambling. It can be very addictive and has ruined lives. I am mostly indifferent about it and only try it out once in a while. It is not my thing.

When it comes to indirect ways I make money with my phone, the first thing that comes to mind is podcasting. I listen to a lot of podcasts for inspiring and creative ideas. As a blogger, I need to stay updated learn new things and partake in trending and relevant conversations. Listening to podcasts is one of the ways I stay informed which helps me make money as a blogger.

Another indirect way I make money on the internet with my phone is through taking courses. These courses help me improve my skillset and by extension my my earning potential. Currently, I am taking an art course alongside a project design course. I believe the knowledge I will gain from these two courses will improve my content and help me gain more opportunities in my industry.
