RE: pattypan squash stuffed with mushrooms, Bleu d'Auvergne cheese, and walnuts [EN/FR]

I've never seen a zucchini with this shape or color before; it looks quite similar to a pumpkin. I really like its mushroom, cheese, and walnut filling—it's a delicious combination.
