You Don't Need Millions to Be Clean

It's interesting to see how some people swim in the ocean of uncleanliness and blame poverty for such habits instead of blaming their own laziness. Oh, I don't live in a clean environment or a clean house like you. I don't even have money to buy quality body care products or cleaning gadgets, materials, and other excuses.

To the best of my knowledge, anyone can attain cleanliness regardless of how much they earn. It's a thing of the mind; it depends on how much discipline you have when it comes to observing hygiene.

However, I would say that to some extent, money can help one to easily maintain a cleaner environment, especially for someone who understands the need for keeping the environment clean, someone who has the mindset of being hygienic. This is because such a person can afford unlimited cleaning materials and gadgets to keep her surroundings sparkling neat. It's a great combination to see one with wealth and a cleaning mindset; there would be no doubt to always breathe fresh air in such a person's surroundings..

But then ...

There are some people with plenty of money and yet they don't have the hygienic mindset. One can simply think that such a person can hire a cleaner to do the job for him or her, but the person is not even seeing the dirt...that's the height of unhygienic people even with money. It's bad because I have seen one like that. From the couch I was seated on while I visited, there were lots of decayed food stains, so clear and looking like they had been there for years, but yet, they don't see it as dirty or simply don't care. The hygienic mindset isn't in the life of this fine woman.

It became a disaster when I got pressed and decided to use their visitors rest restroom. My people, I couldn't use it; the pee went back inside of me at the sight of the messy, unkept WC. I mean, this family is into money. Even if they don't have the time to keep their home neat, their money can do the service for them. Again, she invited me to see a complaint in her gas cooker. My goodness, the kitchen looked like a trash zone 🤦. I guess I should stop here because I am not even a saint. But what I am saying in essence is that cleanliness is not all about being wealthy. You must have a hygienic mindset to get it right and stay healthy.

On the other hand, people without a lot of money can maintain a high level of cleanliness. Let's forget about appearance and expensive perfume and clothes; that doesn't mean you are clean and organized. I visited a woman last month who gave birth and is struggling financially. I didn't even inform her that I was coming, but with the one room she is living in, all I saw was a perfect home organizer, the curtain, and the tiles, etc, everywhere was looking very clean without any bad odor, yet she didn't have millions, but she has the hygienic mindset, and she values cleanliness, maybe due to her upbringing or whatever, but I loved what I saw.

In conclusion, any one of us can maintain a high level of cleanliness regardless of where we stay or how much money we have. Just be deliberate, value hygiene, use what you have, and keep clean. Take responsibility as well; it's our choice though.

You're so right. Cleanliness really starts with the mind, not the pocket. I've seen people with little but their homes are always neat and welcoming, while some rich folks live in a shocking mess. It's not about how much you have but how much you value hygiene.

Hmmm! This is just the right way to put it. It starts from the mind. For me I Believe that neatness is a character that we develop and it can't go away because we don't have money.

I absolutely agree there's no need to be rich to be clean also if sometimes buying better products it's better than buying cheapest.

Cleanliness truely is all about individual personality and discipline and not about how much you've, although your finance can aid it or enhance it, but it's never the driving force.

Cleanliness is not money related o. It is just laziness speaking. If we can value what we have and be disciplined to maintain it, keep it clean, then cleanliness will not be an issue.

I think finance has nothing to do with cleanliness. It's related to the mind as well as the mindset of a person. Even if you are poor you will maintain cleanliness if you have the mind to remain clean all the time.

You are right, you don't need millions to be clean because being clean is an internal behavior, but there are many things that are hampered if you don't have money and that is very difficult.

Sure...money limit certain things but isn't an overall excuse of not being hygienic
