The worst of network experience || LPUD time

I have been experiencing internet outages from time to time here in Nigeria, but this time, it's kind of extreme. Most Nigerians have been suffering from these network constraints since yesterday morning, more than 30 hours ago, and to know that not only Nigerians are in this downtime alone but also Ghana and South Africa is really funny.I tried inquiring about what could be the cause of this Terrible Network situation and found that some undersea cables got damaged, affecting most of the MTN network, which millions of people, including me, are using.

Most banks and telecommunications companies in Nigeria are not left out as they also get connectivity from these same cables. As much as they promised to fix this error, it's actually taking so much time, So obviously, since yesterday, lots of online business has been affected, and most transactions have been restricted. This is not really healthy for a country with a bad economy. Problems like this are bound to happen once in awhile, but it would be great if they were handled as quickly as possible, considering the millions of people that rely on this system for their daily lives. For most of us who work remotely to earn a living, we haven't been finding it funny since yesterday. I finished making my post on Hive, and I was adding tags when the network suddenly locked me out. I tried refreshing my phone and even restating it, all to no avail. It was 11 a.m. by then, and so I waited until 1 p.m.; still, I couldn't access the hive blockchain. Funny enough, all my Web 2 apps were working perfectly, so why not Hive? I found it really weird. But then, I reached out to my good friend @vickoly, and he helped to publish the post for me with my posting keys.

Since then, I have been trying to login using different front ends, all to no avail. This morning I had a little access, but it didn't last up to 5 minutes. Aside from MTN networks, there's Glo, Airtel, and 9Mobile as well, so this evening I went and bought all the networks, and currently, I can access the blockchain again using the Airtel network.

Data is life indeed; I have been feeling unusual not having access to what gives me fulfillment. I really prefer the MTN network as their data subscription isn't too expensive like others, and I hope they fix the cables soon and restore connectivity the way it was before now. I remember two weeks ago, when Facebook was down for four hours, lots of business owners expressed their worries and how they lost some customers in the diaspora and in Nigeria within the time the internet was out. This is to show that the world relies on the internet to carry out lots of activities, which makes life easier. This is the situation in Nigeria currently, and most of us are only looking for temporary solutions to stay active online while we hope that the internet issues will be rectified generally as soon as possible.

March Lpud

I am really excited to succeed in powering up some Leo tokens today after the whole network drama in Nigeria. It was a hassle, but here we are: I made it and powered up 150 Leo tokens.

Recently, I heard the good news of having this token listed on exchange outside hive, and I was like, this is more than amazing 😍. I am positive that this news may bring other crypto enthusiasts on hive with time. The Leo token is waxing stronger currently, adding value back to back;, who knows, it might touch a dollar or more at the peak of the bull run.The Inleo team is always working tirelessly and innovatively to see that the future of Leo is great, and that's commendable.

You may have hear that staking Leo does not only increase your curation reward but also offers Leo holders up to 500 of the token an opportunity to receive the monthly LeoAds revenue shares in the form of staked Leo,depending on the amount you staked. This is a win- win for all and something encouraging for us to continue this monthly exercise as a way to also help the community grow for the benefit of everyone.

Finally, have you heard about the monthly prompt from the Inleo community?
