A lot of people really needs to be reminded of this. We toil each day , deprive ourselves of good living for others , putting ourselves at the bottom of our priorities

I am responsible for my body, and nobody will take better care of it than myself....I thought of it yesterday had went to the spa immediately, got body massage, relaxed for many hours over there before returning home abd felt alright ...no one is my responsibility , I am!
