What about those landlord that say u must pay for two years rent ?if u love the house, will u stress yourself financially to pay for two years ?
Omo...plenty factors here , very necessary but how will u know u will have a good neighbor prio to living there ? I think it's difficult to determine before renting

You are right. Omo..I don't want to meet those kind of landlords that will want me to pay 2 years upfront. Like, though it's a good thing but sometimes it doesn't turn out good later and getting your money back would be impossible.

And yes, one cannot determine the type of neighbors we would live with.
