I am happy to hear that love yourself now without any reservation and even love your old self..that's totally correct
If you don't love yourself first, do you expect others to love you ?
Remember , you are wonderfully and beautifully made by God...those that bodyshame others are time wasters

The only thing is that we shouldn't neglect health advice because of self love🤗
