Genuine apology should begin with the person you offended. Then when you are sure that the person has forgiven you, then you move to God and still ask for forgiveness...this will even give you peace within...then video apologizing will come last if necessary

That's it, many actually overlook the part of asking God for forgiveness and it shouldn't be so.
