My daily routine in photos

El día de hoy quiero mostrarles lo que consiste con breves imágenes, en mi rutina diaria de entrenamiento laboral y socialización en mi área laboral.
Primeramente, deberán quiero explicarles que en el gimnasio donde estoy, está prohibido utilizar el teléfono y en un momento que fui a beber un poco de agua aproveché de tomar una foto a lo que viene siendo el panorama del gimnasio por ende también no he podido compartirles nada referente a mi entrenamiento porque no puedo utilizar mi teléfono entiendo que también son las reglas y eso es lo que ha construido en mi hábito de responsabilidad y también me alejo de las redes sociales manteniendo un enfoque perfecto.
Entrena aproximadamente una hora luego de ello me dirijo a mi hogar a cambiarme bañarme y salir de nuevo a mi trabajo, atender la tienda de pintura un espacio que me da paz y puedo atender otros asuntos como seguir estudiando por mi cuenta y también comparto relaciones con distintas personas en el centro comercial.
Todos mis días son entretenidos, pues todo el día estoy metido en la tienda o conversando, interactuando con mis compañeros de trabajo o estudiando por mi cuenta. También mi hora de catarsis consiste en reflexionar y escuchar música, mis músicas preferidas por decirlo así

Today I want to show you what I do with brief images, in my daily routine of work training and socializing in my work area.
First of all, I want to explain that in the gym where I am, it is forbidden to use the phone and in a moment that I went to drink some water I took the opportunity to take a picture of what is the panorama of the gym therefore I have not been able to share anything about my training because I can not use my phone I understand that are also the rules and that is what has built in my habit of responsibility and I also stay away from social networks keeping a perfect approach.
I train for about an hour after that I head to my home to change change shower and leave again to my work, attend the paint store a space that gives me peace and I can attend to other matters like continue studying on my own and I also share relationships with different people in the mall.
All my days are entertaining, as all day long I am either stuck in the store or chatting, interacting with my co-workers or studying on my own. Also my hour of catharsis consists of reflecting and listening to music, my favorite music so to speak.
