Quiero presentarles una nueva receta, la cual ha sido un éxito en mi lugar de trabajo.
Se trata de un batido de proteína muy cargado y capaz de saciar a cualquier persona.
Lo digo con base y experiencia propia.
Este batido de proteína personalmente lo recomiendo a personas que no tengan suficiente tiempo como para preparar algún platillo.
Sería el perfecto sustituyendo siempre y cuando este a la disposición los ingredientes
Y algo más que debo mencionar y recomiendo al 100% es que este batido es ta perfectamente dirigido a todas aquellas personas que estén en alguna disciplina deportiva que amerite una ingesta, calorías y proteica elevada.
Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron los siguientes:
1 scoop de proteína en polvo
2 bananos
50 gr de avena en hojuelas
20 gr de leche en polvo completa
Hielo al gusto.
Su preparación es simple, únicamente hay que disponer de una licuadora, la cual se agregan todos los ingredientes, los cuales se licuan durante 2 minutos aproximadamente y listo.

It is a protein shake very loaded and able to satiate anyone.
I say this based on my own experience.
I personally recommend this protein shake to people who do not have enough time to prepare a meal.
It would be the perfect substitute as long as the ingredients are available.
And something else that I should mention and recommend 100% is that this shake is perfectly aimed at all those people who are in any sporting discipline that requires a high intake of calories and protein.
The ingredients I used were the following:
1 scoop of protein powder
2 bananas
50 gr of oat flakes
20 gr of whole milk powder
Ice to taste.
Its preparation is simple, you only need to have a blender, which is added all the ingredients, which are blended for about 2 minutes and ready.
