Honestly... I think that "grazing" is more beneficial because the body stores fat if it thinks it is starving.

But also...

I think every Body is different and their bodies respond differently.

I do intermittent fasting naturally as don't get hungry until quite late in the day.

But I've had the most success losing weight and picking up muscle (and keeping the weight off) with 3 balanced meals a day and two snacks. And regular training.

A dietician and a personal trainer can guide folks on what portions and how to train scientifically to get the most punch! Because it is quite scientific as it turns out. How muscle build etc

But also... I think giving the digestive system a rest is good for the body and I know we eat fr too much in the West these days.
