RE: Morning Run: Like a house on fire

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

House fires are awful, I nearly drove past one not so long ago, the fire brigade etc were already there and turned me back on myself. A few days later I drove through the same village and saw the aftermath, it wasn’t good but the people were safe from what information I could find.

I love podcasts and dream of having enough time to work on my own. I’ve got a big playlist of ones I love and all are fantastic.

I hope to attend a hivefest one day. Malaysia would have been great and I did look into it but couldn’t do it.

We've never had a fire, but it must be terrible. I saw another house in the village just as the firemen were leaving, but that kept its roof.

I have done a podcast, but it is a lot of work. I could never keep to a regular schedule, but it was fun. You have to find somewhere to host it if people are to be able to use apps to get it. I tried a couple, but if I do it again I may try on the site I rent.

Hivefest is well worth attending, but I am avoiding long flights. I expect it will be Europe again soon and there are some other events. We do need some in the UK, but someone has to do the organising. We had some in London at a food hall and those were fun. You just need a venue where people can hang out and talk.

I’d love one to take place here but would love it if we hosted one in a city like Prague, Lisbon, Rome or Funchal because Madeira is lovely and they’ve embraced crypto there.
