Teaching Code, Shaping Minds: The Future Starts Young
But as the days go by, all these things have now become a normal thing for us all while other stuff take the limelight. Just like AI has gained its name among other technological developments, coding and programming have also become one of the hot picks in technology today. Everything we do now, whether it is related to a company, a school and what have you needs a website , some apps to go about their work on the online space and some media visibly. And all these stuff balls down to coding and programming. Coding and programming have grown to become and are the backbone of many projects in the world today.
The apps you use today were built by coders and programmers. These stuff are just not the basics but they are the main stuff that give us the nice interfaces and everything we see and enjoy on social media today. I’d say, coding and programming is the real deal. With my background, I didn’t have any knowledge on coding, programming or website development. It was all about the science stuff and how to save the world. It wasn’t until I completed the university that I was fortunate enough to obtain some website development lessons from a friend who was a pro in these stuff. And I most say ,these lessons opened my eyes to so many stuff as I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in this field which is a plus to me.
With where the world is heading today, I sometimes wish I had knowledge on all these stuff even before i did but unfortunately, I found myself in a different field. But honestly, that’s not really an excuse. I had other opportunities to learn to code and be a programmer and I didn’t take advantage of those. So,looking forward, I think it would be a good move if some basic coding and programming classes were included in our school curriculums to help groom our young ones with at least the basics of all these stuff.
One thing I know is that, once you have the basics, doing the hard stuff is just about getting some guidance and putting in some work and you’re good to go. We don’t need to sit and wait until we need this skill before we learn it. It’s best to have it, grow with it and expand your knowledge. After all, no one died from knowing too much.

At this time, the technological era has invaded human beings, and every day we are dependent on technology, so we have to accept it as a reality, preparing our children for this reality is part of our role as parents and teachers, but we must seek a healthy balance, so that not everything becomes too technological and human and interpersonal relationships are lost, since we are moving very much in that direction these days.
That’s very true. Finding a balance is the way to go.

That's cool too, probably you thrived in it because there was a part of you that loved coding, lol
My roommate back then in school was a programmer, I don't just have the thinnest interest in it but there are other aspects of tech I'm interested in though
Goodluck on increasing your knowledge bank
Everyone has what they have interest in and so sometimes giving the the basics and allowing them to decide if they want to venture into a particular field is the best way.
