Soft Moments in a Hard World

With the current life that I’m living, I sometimes look back and wish I had slept enough or had enough fun when I was way younger. I was that one stubborn kid anyone could encounter when I was younger. I was always up to something and you’d be surprised how I never got tired.

I guess I grew up with that habit cos now that I’m older, I have no rest. I’m always on the move, doing this and that to the extent that I sometimes have little to no time for myself. Sometimes however , it’s very important to have some me time as an individual because they say all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. If you know me, you’d know I haven’t always been like this. I used to be the life of the party. I loved having fun and enjoying.

Everyone of us has their personal hobbies and I’m no exception. I’d like to believe that, with time and as we grow and evolve, our hobbies tend to change. There are some that actually don’t change no matter what kind of growth we go through. I’ve always loved to read for as long as I can remember and this hobby has stuck with me since I was a kid till date. Any free time I have on most days is dedicated to reading and discovering now stuff.

Away from reading, I’ve managed has some new hobbies and one of them is travelling and exploring. I love travelling and exploring because my curious mind won’t just agree to sit at one place. The world is a very big place and there’s a lot we are yet to see and experience. Any free time I get, I make sure to travel or visit a new place with my friends because as adults, we don’t have much time for such things.

Another hobby I’ve developed, thanks to my friends is the movie night tradition. At the end of very month, my friends and I joys a movie night where we binge movies, had some karaoke sessions and just go crazy having fun. I didn’t think life could be this good but hey, it is. Aside these, I have a million more hobbies but I believe these few ones are with sharing with you all.
