My Biggest Spend In 2025

Money is meant to be made and spent. As human, we all love money but I can’t seem to understand why the other gender thinks it’s only ladies that love money. What if agree with is the fact that we ladies love and know how to spend money. Money they say is the root of evil but it’s also a necessary evil.

I don’t know about you, but money is on top of the list with oxygen for me. Why because whatever we do in our world today requires money. You’d finally understand the importance of having money when your net worth alone or that of your family puts you in places you never imagined. I have seen it with my two eyes and there’s no way anyone can tell me money isn’t good. Money is good.

Everyday, we spend some amount of money on things we need and want. Who you are , what you do , your hobbies and your responsibilities most likely would determine what you use the money you earn daily or at the end of the month for. Someone with a wife and kids would most likely some more of his income on providing for his family than going out for shows every weekend. It’s all about priorities.

I wouldn’t say I’m a rich lady, but I God always blesses me with enough to keep me alive. I don’t have a lot of responsibilities in terms of finances. Aside the money in manage to send to my sisters in university, all I earn goes into my upkeep which include feeding, electricity and water bills, rent, internet, transportation and other expenses here and there. It really does not look much but trust me, with the place I find myself living currently, I do need a lot of money to survive.

I grew up being a hyper independent person and honestly, this trait of mine has done me more harm than good. There are days when I don’t even have a dollar on me but I’d rather die than call anyone for help. I understand that it’s not really good trait and that I why I made it a point to work on it. They say a closed mouth is a closed destiny and I wasn’t going to let hunger kill me 2025 when things go tough. I reached out to my family in times of need and they did come through for me every single time.

With the help I was getting throughout the year, I managed to save any little money I could because I needed a new laptop for my work. I’ve had this laptop I’ve been using for about 3 years now and last year, it started to lag a bit and the battery also got damaged along the line. I couldn’t take it with me to work or anywhere because it was a plug and play laptop. By the grace of God, I managed to save enough money to help me get a new laptop. It did cost me a lot because I almost got cheated by the dealer even with the fact that I got a male colleague of mine to help with the process. I ended up spending a lot more than I had budgeted for the laptop but I still had to get it at the end of the day. In summary, I would say the most expensive thing I spent my money on in 2025 was my laptop.

I probably spent a lot more on feeding, traveling and other stuff but if I’m took pick one thing which I need most and was ready to spend on, it would have to be my laptop and I’d say it was really worth it at the end of the day.
