Imperfection Is the Design
The world is a selfish place and life really isn’t fair. God himself who created us said that he created some of us to be better than others, some richer than others and some to be in the higher ranks than the others. Even our fingers aren’t equal and so honestly, thinking our world would one day be an ideal place is us reaching too far. Because even if we all agreed to make our world a better place for everyone, some people would jeopardize it. If we all are rich, comfortable and okay in life, who would sell food for us to buy in order to make money ? Who would be a cobbler so you could go and fix your shoes? Who would be a bus driver to drive your kids to and from school every day? Everyone of us would want to be a king in his palace and that life wouldn’t really benefit any of us in the long run.
But then, let’s just assume we find ourselves in an ideal world today. Would there really be a need for individual growth? For me it’s a yes! Why because individual growth comes in many forms. It isn’t only about going to school to get that degree or phd or doing anything that would lead to you living a rich and comfortable life. Individual growth goes way beyond that. It’s about developing and moulding the current person you are into the person you envision to be in the near future. Whether it has to do with your relationships with yourself, others or your morals.
All these aspects of our lives need some sort of polishing regardless of how much we deny it. In an ideal world, we would actually need to put in more work into our personal growth since the responsibility will fall on us to keep the world as it is- ideal. You literally cannot catch yourself slacking because who knows, you might slip and take the world back to its old and wicked ways. And the funniest part would be the fact that everyone would be held accountable for their actions. The icing on the cake is the realization that you literary have no excuse to give for messing up since the system has been designed in your favor from top to bottom.
Honestly, this is actually the best environment for self development. You’d have to challenge yourself to do better even with the fact that their no expected problems in the future. For me, I’d say this kind of opportunity would be more than perfect for me to develop myself even more because I literally have nothing to worry about.
Back to reality, the world wasn’t meant to be an ideal place in the first place and so all these are just dreams if you ask. The world is cruel and only the bold and audacious ones can make their dreams come through .

Truth that slaps hard😅
Oftentimes we lament on how the government is not treating the nation right. If we all agreed to team up to make the world a better place, there are people who will definitely take advantage of moments and spoil things 😅. The world can never be right

Indeed, you will literally have nothing to worry about in perfect world but growing to full potential might not seem feasible because u have everything u need...so the push,the stretch to develop urself deeply might be lacking 😀

Someone people tend to relax when they get a bit comfortable.
When you don't really have anything to worry about you will just be lazy to grow yourself to a certain height because you are comfortable. Human doesn't like stress but soft life
I guess everyone is different in his own way. But most people would most definitely relax.
