If Love Is Blind, How Do We See Its Beauty?

The issue of love has been long debated on over the years. Why because everyone of us has his own thoughts on the issue. Most people say love is beautiful, good and others also say love is wicked or should I say bitter.

But when we look deeper, there are different types of love, we have love between family members, romantic partners and there’s one called agape love. This all shows that love comes in various forms and to me, love is beautiful regardless of whoever it is coming from, as long as it is genuine. Genuine love is the best kind of love one can experience. It’s the kind of love that always lingers around and doesn’t falter no matter what.

I have loved, have been loved and still being loved and giving love and there’s no better feeling than that. But that’s not to say I haven’t had my fair share of breakfast. Technically, I haven’t chopped breakfast before, but I’ve tasted love that was toxic, bitter- and eventually I had to let go. Love they say is blind and it actually is. You wouldn’t really understand until you’re already in the trap.

Sometimes we tend to be so consumed by our emotions that we don’t even stop to think twice about other peoples actions, their words and so on and this tends to pile up for so long until it finally gets toxic and the reality hits us. We all are deserving of love but we also should receive and give love with our brains. Sometimes some people are actually not in love with you, they just like the idea of having you around and this applies to our friendships, romantic relationships and even our family. There are really no exceptions.

At the end of the day we all should know that we will probably get hurt along the way, or not. But love comes with its own issues. Just make sure you’re not setting yourself up for failure because of love.
