My Web3 Journey So Far

To be honest, I didn't know much about Web3 at first. I use to hear about crypto and things like that, but I always wave it off. I thought it was something for people who have too much money or just something risky that people will regret later. I even believed the common talk that crypto is a scam. That was my mindset until one day a friend told me about Hive

When I joined Hive, I didn't even know Hive was part of Web3. I just thought it was another platform to write and earn. But slowly, I started understanding the bigger picture. I learn that Web3 is not just about earning money, but about freedom, ownership, and growth. I got to know about things like DeFi, NFTs, crypto blogging, and more. It was like a whole new world open in front of me

In the beginning, it was not easy. I didn't understand many terms. People were talking about airdrops, tokens, wallets, and other stuff that sounds confusing to me. I made mistakes, I even lost some small amount of money in a rush to try things out. But I did not give up. I started reading more, watching videos, and asking questions

One of the things that made me almost stop was when a close person told me again that all these things are fake, and I will regret it. It was painful because I was already enjoying the community and learning. But I looked around and saw people who are really doing well and building something for themselves in this space. That gave me hope and strength to continue

Now, I can say my journey in Web3 is getting better. I still have a lot to learn, but I no longer feel lost. Hive has really helped me to grow not only in crypto but in my personal life. I write better now, I reason well, and I have more confidence in myself

My favorite part of Web3 is crypto blogging. I love the fact that I can share my thoughts, my stories, my pictures and people from different parts of the world will engage with me. It makes me feel heard and seen. Plus, I earn from it too, which is something I never imagined was possible before

If you are new to Web3, my advice is to be patient and ready to learn. Don’t rush to make money. Take your time, ask questions, and try to understand what you are doing. Mistakes may happen, but don't let that stop you

Web3 is the future, and I'm proud to be part of it. Slowly but surely, I'm building my place here
