Hello my fellow Hivians

It's your guy Are Adeniyi here, but most of you know me as @neysco. Today, I just want to take a moment to share something really special with you all

It just hit me that I’ve been on Hive for 1 year and 6 months now! Wow, time really flies. I even forgot to write a post when I clocked one year (don't blame me, life dey happen 😅), but better late than never, right?

When I first joined Hive, I had no idea how much this platform would change my life. I just saw a space where people share thoughts, earn a few rewards, and build connections. But over time, it became more than that for me it became home

My experience on Hive so far has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first post I made, the support I received, the people I met, the challenges I took part in, and the many communities that welcomed me everything helped me grow. Both as a person and as a content creator

Hive gave me a voice. A place to express myself without fear or judgment. A place where my ideas, my stories, and even my random thoughts were valued. That alone changed how I see myself. And let's not lie earning from my posts was a huge boost too! For someone like me who started out with little, being able to earn from doing what I love felt like magic. Hive showed me that my words have value

Over the past 18 months, I’ve improved my writing skills, built consistency, gained loyal followers, and even made friends across different parts of the world. I’ve also learned a lot about crypto and Web3, and the fact that I’m now part of something this big still feels unreal sometimes

To my fellow Hivians, both old and new, I want to say thank you for making this space what it is. To the newbies especially, I say this: you made the right decision by joining Hive. Here, your voice matters. Your creativity will be seen. And if you’re consistent, you will grow

Don’t focus only on the rewards. Focus on connecting. On building. On learning. Show up every day and be yourself. Your own community will find you. The growth might be slow at first, but trust me, it’s real and worth it

And to the OGs of Hive, let’s keep supporting the new ones. A little upvote, a kind comment, or simple encouragement can go a long way. I know because I was once that newbie looking for a sign that I belong here
