Gender exclusivity, not Gender equality: connecting the dots between genders.

There can never be equality in gender but rather gender exclusivity, every gender is unique in itself and it is best described as one complementing each other. A man cannot take up the responsibility of a woman, if he tries, he's bound to fail woefully. What happened is this, there's always a natural playout when it comes to gender, nature has spelled out the duties for each gender. This happens primarily in body's physique. The physical appearance of each gender matters most because the male gender is made to be stronger than the female. In this case, gender equality can never be achieved.

The people advocating for gender equality oftentimes go with the saying that what a man can do, a woman can also do. However, this is not in all cases, and they have failed to understand that not everything a man does that a woman would be able to do. In this case such can never be achieved. This is because it is difficult to go against the principle of natural selection. What matters is understanding that no gender is superior to each other. All genders complement each other. Having this understanding, females would not struggle with what belongs to a man and men would not in any case struggle over what belongs to women folks. Even in government settings, men should not dominate the cabinet over women. This will amount to injustice and gender bias.
Whatever the case, there can never be gender equality because of the following points.

childbearing
Before a baby is formed in the womb of a woman, the man needs to donate sperm without which a new life is not formed. Also, the egg of the woman must be made available. Without the fertilization process, pregnancy cannot occur. With these both genders have roles to play.

Tasks and responsibilities
Men are built to perform heavy tasks and duties. Men can lift heavy things which the women may not be able to. Women oftentimes are regarded as weaker vessels hence most heavy responsibilities are not placed on them. It will be out of place for a woman to push trucks. To get things done, the female can engage in light responsibilities and the heavy ones for the men. So long as the task has been achieved.

To me, I doubt if gender equality can ever be achieved because each gender has exclusive responsibility and is to complement each other to achieve a goal.
