A web2 prototype in a web3 ecosystem. Leo thread setting a pace for Hive inclusiveness.

The Inleo thread is an archetype of X social media. A web2 system that allows users to communicate with each other as well as pass information across. The advantages of a web3 platform over a web2 cannot be overemphasized. A web2 social media platform only allows users to communicate with each other, share ideas and create content without being paid for doing those jobs. But in web3, users are being paid for doing what they like to do best. Apart from these, web3 social media is scalable, transparent, and user-friendly. Users are in control of their finances without any third-party involvement.

The Hive platform is a leading web3 platform and they are doing all it takes to promote the system over the other. And everyday people are signing up for the system having seen the advantages of web3 over web2.

The Leo thread developed by Inleo is the first community on the hive blockchain to develop an ecosystem for users to chat and pass information and as well earning from it. Over time the platform has transformed drastically introducing new development like, the orange thick that shows premium accounts with a lot of benefits over regular users. Another development is the introduction of live thread caste among others.

I was expecting Hive to follow in the footsteps of Inleo by developing the archetype of thread for the entire Hive users where everyone irrespective of their community can have the feel of what Inleo thread has.

A lot of hive users are missing out of Leo thread and in order to carry everyone along Hive blog should follow the footsteps of Inleo.

This concern is born out of the fact that Hive and Inleo uses a web2 platform preferably X to market and campaign for the Hive blockchain which is web3. This is satirical if you should ask me. If the aim of Hive and Inleo is to promote web3 then why don't we develop our own web3 thread-like app for this purpose.

I always feel absurd whenever I go to X to promote a post I made about inleo and other Hive communities. The proper avenue for this should have been on Hive itself which will then direct users to the main posts. Discord is not enough to undertake this task.

Moreover, just as we get to read latest news on web2 news platforms, this feature can be infused into #Hive, just as anyone can break verifiable news on inleo thread, this can be done on that of Hive, where people from all over the globe can read and react to them.

I am urging Hive to follow the footprint of Inleo as pace setters to develop a thread archetype for the blockchain which will help bridge the gaps among members of the Hive ecosystem.

Web3 is the future of blockchain technology so we must work hard to promote it and be self-sufficient.
