Heheheh. Well, it's cool you still exercise your own way. I'll say, though, weight training is still very important, if you can't stand the gym it would be a good idea to buy a few weights and workout at home with them.

Likewise, give Tai Chi a try. It looks easy, but it is incredibly difficult. And very strengthening.

I gave gyms a shot many years ago, back when I enjoyed sweating and counting more than I do now. I took exercise classes, did the machines, ran around tracks, and swam in pools. I was also constantly injured. I did not feel close to as strong as I do now. Tai Chi is exercise for a healthy, balanced, long-lived life. The simpler the move, the more difficult the move is! Don't underestimate it. You couldn't get through five minutes. Wanna put some hive on it?

Hahahahaha. I've actually been a huge fan of Tai Chi all my life, right from when I saw it in the old Kung Fu movies I watched as a child. When I grew up I even found this Master Wong guy (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2CEA34B44E0BA385&si=ELpRzysgz6AtG1iy) on YouTube and learnt every Tai Chi move he taught. But I'm sure I wasn't doing it properly and going low enough because I was learning independently.

Tai Chi and all the other activities you do are great, but weight lifting is best for building muscles, and having muscles is a life hack. For a woman you probably can't build much upper body muscles but you sure can build lower body muscles.

My bad! There I go assuming! People compliment me on the definition of my upper body muscles. I am strong, and getting stronger. I really think Tai Chi is giving me exactly what I need at my age, lower and upper body, without injury. You can get as strong as you want to, by delving closer to perfection in the moves. I love it.

Well, I'm sure it seemed like the chances were really low that a guy like me would be into that 😅. I'm just a dude who is full of surprises, though 😃.

Wow, if that has built your muscles to a good extent, that's impressive! You're definitely doing good 💪🏿 🤝
