Hay frases célebres que te identifican, hay momentos que celebras y también música que te define o representa muy bien. Eso pasa, y sucederá siempre conmigo.

En retrospectiva, han pasado secuencialmente varios años desde que comencé a escribir, primero en la anterior Blockchain. Luego mi transición a éste blog, qué pensé, diseñé y le he dedicado mucho cariño y tiempo. Muchas cosas cambiaron, cuando decidí dejar aquel lugar para comenzar, esté proyecto personal; me intrigó el hecho de poder escribir lo que quisiera. Lo hago sin ningún filtro, dejé de pensar en lo que otras personas pudieran decir, me concentré en ser yo y en reflejar mi identidad cómo persona.

Al inicio pensé que sería suficiente sólo con escribir literatura, pero la verdad es que es una de las tantas cosas que me definen. En varias ocasiones me entristeció ver cómo la literatura dejó de ser el foco en el ecosistema, pero la libertad implica encontrar otros espacios y mirar nuevos propósitos. Cada ser humano después de todo es un universo.

Ésta canción de Harry Styles, describe muy bien mis pensamientos, mi aprecio por lo desconocido y por lo que deseo alcanzar. Cada persona es tan diferente y tan extraña; pero también llamativa a su manera.

Mi gusto por la música de Harry viene desde que cantaba en One Direction, incluso cuando Zayn decidió dejar la banda en pleno apogeo. Hay una frase que él dice en la letra de la canción increíble: “Todas las luces no pueden apagar la oscuridad”. No obstante, si sabes quién eres, podrás brillar una y mil veces. ¡Brilla!

In retrospect, it has been sequentially several years since I started writing, first on the former Blockchain. Then, during my transition to this blog, which I thought, designed, and dedicated a lot of love and time to, many things changed, when I decided to leave that place to start this personal project. I was intrigued by the fact that I could write whatever I wanted. I do it without any filter; I stopped thinking about what other people might say and focused on being me and reflecting my identity as a person.

At the beginning, I thought it would be enough just to write literature, but the truth is that it is one of the many things that define me. On several occasions, I was saddened to see how literature ceased to be the focus in the ecosystem, but freedom implies finding other spaces and looking at new purposes. Every human being is, after all, a universe.

This song, by Harry Styles, describes very well my thoughts, my appreciation for the unknown, and what I want to achieve. Every person is so different and so strange, but they are also striking in their own way.

My liking for Harry's music goes back to when he was singing in One Direction, even when Zayn decided to leave the band at the height of their popularity. There's a line he says in the lyrics of the amazing song: "All the lights can't turn off the darkness". However, if you know who you are, you can shine a thousand times. Shine!

El mundo está lleno de cosas dulces, agrias y ácidas. Así también es escribir, así ha sido éste camino desde el inicio, y la creación de mi blog. Incluso hubo momentos que no quería seguir, pero también hubo una parte de mí que entendió que lo importante era yo. La pasión por algo puede ser extraña. Sea aquí, sea en cualquier parte o escenario.

¿Qué quiero decir? Eso canta Harry Styles, mientras que responde: qué nunca volverá y que le gusta que las cosas sean tan dulces cómo el ahora. Me pregunto qué significado tiene el ahora, mi propia expresión. ¿Retórico? Es un pensamiento que ocurre mientras que escribo y escucho una y otra vez esta canción.

Debo confesar que sentirse libre no quiere decir que significa serlo. Ya saben, hay muchas cadenas donde vivo; pero eso no me deja pensar que sí me puedo ver sentado en una motocicleta del mismo modo que Harry. ¡Brilla! ¿De qué forma? Una pregunta extraña una vez más.

There were even times when I didn't want to continue, but there was also a part of me that understood that I was what was important. Passion for something can be strange. Be it here, be it anywhere, or be it on any stage.

What's my point? That's what Harry Styles sings, as he answers: that he'll never go back and that he likes things to be as sweet as now. This is a unique reflection for me; it reminds me of my process, my transition, what I achieved, what I got and what I want to leave behind when writing about my life experiences. It is my form, identity and personality that defines me as a human being.

Do you remember: "Be Light"? What a strange phrase! What a nostalgic and expressive moment! What came, went. What happened, went away. What happened, was a reflection. I wonder what the meaning of now, my own expression, is. Rhetorical? It's a thought that occurs as I write and listen again and again to this song.

I must confess that feeling free doesn't mean that it means being free. You know, there are a lot of chains where I live, but that doesn't let me think that I can see myself sitting on a motorbike in the same way as Harry. A strange question once again.

La vida me ha enseñado algo muy importante: que debo equivocarme y que debo cagarla para disfrutar de una manera que me haga reflexionar, aprender de mis propios fracasos y vivencias. Estoy en cierto modo cansado de que todo sea tan recto y perfecto. Lo nuevo siempre es tan llamativo y exótico.

El videoclip de esta canción es irreverente, loco, absurdo y libre. Representa los deseos de los jóvenes, la agonía que sentimos con una imagen roja galopante de vacío, mientras en otra nos ahogamos sea por algo hermoso o artificial y, por último, celebramos y cometemos la peor locura. ¿Qué es romper las reglas? No lo sé. Miento si lo sé. Como abogado, estoy claro de lo que significa.

Lights Up fue lanzada en el año 2019. Sus géneros son evidentemente el pop y el R&B, además la canción forma parte del álbum Fine Line. Muchos de los temas musicales de este álbum me gustan mucho. I am kind of tired of everything being so straight and perfect. The new is always so flashy and exotic.

The music video for this song is irreverent, crazy, absurd and free. It represents the desires of young people, the agony we feel with one galloping red image of emptiness, while in another we drown ourselves either for something beautiful or artificial, and finally we celebrate and commit the worst madness. What is breaking the rules? I don't know. I'm lying if I do. As a lawyer, I am clear on what it means.
