Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Este viernes (26 de abril 2024) me ha tocado ponerme a prueba en combos de "Powerfree" como también "Freestyle".
Sin dudas, me fue decentemente bien, fui capaz a de hacer más de lo que esperaba en estos combos, por ejemplo:
"Powerfree"
Recuperé un poco el "Front Lever SAT"; casi completo "full planche Push Up" con agarre supina; completé un combo en suelo; Y el "Front Lever one arm" cada vez lo estoy haciendo con una mejor postura.
"Freestyle"
Estos últimos días he podido completar el "swing 540" al primer intento, incluso esta vez lo combiné con "Tornado", por lo que es evidente el dominio que he estado obtenido en este truco.

This Friday (April 26, 2024) I had the chance to test myself in "Powerfree" as well as "Freestyle" combos.
Without a doubt, I did decently well, I was able to do more than I expected in these combos, for example:
"Powerfree "
I recovered a little bit of the Front Lever SAT; I almost completed the full planche Push Up with supine grip; I completed a combo on the floor; and the Front Lever one arm I'm doing with better posture.
"Freestyle "
These last few days I have been able to complete the "swing 540" on the first try, even this time I combined it with "Tornado", so it is evident the mastery I have been getting in this trick.
