In the search

A day ago I was in search of buying a coffee that was different, not what we normally find in any store, I visited several between Friday and Saturday of last week, I was captivated by a brand for its packaging presentation and because it said high level pleasure, I imagined that it would give me a high level pleasure 😅😊. I'm talking about the Venezuelan Gourmet coffee: "Café 93", I found it at Automercado Prica in Cumaná, it was on Tuesday that I bought it, since I had to do errands of legal paperwork, so I could not miss the opportunity and bring it with me to try it.

Packaging

Coffee 93, its packaging has a good appearance, it is white, dark blue and a light blue stripe, with silver lettering. It has a presentation of ground coffee beans of 125 grams and one of 500 grams; it also has a packaging of whole coffee beans of white, dark red color and a light red stripe of 125 grams and one of 500 grams. They have an internal filter to maintain controlled humidity, flavor and freshness in the packaging, as well as an easy open and close, I really loved it, there is no need to transfer it to a container with a lid, the same packaging preserves the coffee after opening.

Manufacture

It is elaborated in our country, Venezuela, specifically in the state of Merida, it emerged as an initiative of three young people who decide to associate and undertake in the year 2019, due to the situation that our country was going through, taking advantage of the opportunity that they had a very good amount of coffee, they decided to name it coffee 93, the essence of it lies in that the three young people were born in the Year 93 and decided to call it that way, coffee 93, honoring with the number their year of birth. Tasting

When I opened it, I was captivated by the smell, it had an enveloping and appealing aroma, I immediately put to boil water and cole a little, as I did not know how strong or weak it was, I put the coffee strainer only two teaspoons, when straining it gave off many smells of coffee that impregnated my kitchen, the liquid came out Guayoyo style in light brown color, but its flavor was of a well prepared coffee, I tried it without sugar I loved the taste it had, I tried another cup with sugar, I did not like its taste at all.

Still in doubt, prepare a more loaded coffee, I hit the spot, it was a dark brown color, the taste and smell extremely delicious, so if I recommend it for those coffee lovers who are in search of a coffee that is worth getting drunk not only with its aroma, but with its taste, it is a little more expensive than the traditional ones, but worth every penny. The only bad thing, it ran out very fast 🫗😄😅.

En la búsqueda

Hace día estaba en búsqueda de comprar un café que fuese diferente, no lo que normalmente encontramos en cualquier tienda, visite varias entre viernes y sábados de la semana pasada, me cautivó una marca por su presentación de empaque y por qué decía placer de alto nivel, me imagine que me daría un placer de alto nivel 😅😊. Les estoy hablando del café Gourmet venezolano: "Café 93", lo encontré en el Automercado Prica en Cumaná, fue el martes que lo compré, ya que debía hacer diligencias de trámites legales, así que no pude desaprovechar la oportunidad y traérmelo conmigo para probarlo.

Empaque

El café 93, su empaque tiene buena apariencia, es de color blanco, azul oscuro y una franja azul claro, con letras plateadas. Tiene una presentación de granos molidos de 125 gramos y una de 500 gramos; además de tener un empaque de granos de café entero de color blanco, rojo oscuro y una franja de color rojo claro de 125 gramos y una de 500 gramos. Tienen un filtro interno para mantener controlada la humedad, el sabor y la frescura en el empaque, así como también, tiene un abre y cierra fácil, me encantó de verdad, no hay que pasarlo a un envase con tapa, el mismo empaque conserva el café después de abierto.

Fabricación

Es elaborado en nuestro país, Venezuela, específicamente en el estado Mérida, surgió como iniciativa de tres jóvenes que deciden asociarse y emprender en el año 2019, por la situación por la que atravesaba nuestro país, aprovechando la oportunidad que tenían una muy buena cantidad de café, decidieron colocarle el nombre de café 93, la esencia del mismo radica en que los tres jóvenes nacieron en el Año 93 y decidieron llamarlo así, café 93, honrando con el número su año de nacimiento. Degustación

Al abrirlo, me cautivó el olor, tenía un aroma envolvente y atrayente, inmediatamente puse a hervir agua y cole un poco, como no sabía que tan fuerte o débil era, le coloque al colador de café solo dos cucharaditas, al colarlo desprendió muchos olores de café que impregnó mi cocina, el líquido salió al estilo Guayoyo en color marrón claro, pero su sabor era de un café bien prepara, lo probé sin azúcar me encanto el sabor que tenía, probé otra taza con azúcar, no me gustó su sabor para nada.

Todavía con la duda, prepare un café más cargado, di en el punto, quedó un color marrón oscuro, el sabor y olor extremadamente delicioso, así que si se los recomiendo para aquellos amantes del café que están en la búsqueda de un café que valga la pena embriagarse no solo con su aroma, sino con su sabor, es un poco más caro que los tradicionales, pero vale cada centavo. Lo único malo, que se acabó muy rápido 🫗😄😅.
