Farewell to CAF with San Antonio☕ Coffee review

Hello friends of #cinnamoncupcoffee, I wish you a happy productive Wednesday full of many cups of coffee ☕🥰.
Most of the coffees grown in Venezuela, are of good quality, they conjugate to do so the climate, the soil, the technique of planting, harvesting, drying and processing of the same; many have been export products, passing high standards and qualifying for that purpose. My interest in trying various types of coffee has intensified since I immersed myself in this community, a good while ago, around here I have been showing, different types of ground coffee made in cities of Venezuela, I know that there are many brands, and I have yet to try many, I hope that someday I can say that I have tried them all, although it is not impossible, we will see how long it takes me 😁, when I achieved it, I can be certain to suggest coffees by quality according to the smell, taste and how good it feels to drink it. Meanwhile I will continue tasting, and in this opportunity I bring you a coffee, that I had the opportunity to try on my trip to Caracas, I found it in the residence where I stayed, and it is called Café San Antonio.
This coffee, I present it in a variety of 200 grams, I do not know if it exists in several presentations, the important thing for now, is what we have, it is a ground coffee, being the ideal for all those who do not have a grinder, which is ideal to begin to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
From the information I found on its packaging, it is a gourmet quality coffee, produced by the company San Antonio Compañía Anónima, in the city of Caracas, in the San Antonio building, Vargas Street, Boleita, of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, I tried to find more information on the website that was on the packaging www.cafesanantonio.com, but the information that I got is that the site is under maintenance, I searched the web and found information on [Instagram](https://www. instagram.com/mafabre_commercializadora/p/CyGoLv9NyDn/?next=%2Flittleredhenartisanbakery%2Ftagged%2F&ref=dexter.com. br&hl=ne&img_index=1) by the company mafabre_comercializadora, which offers online food sales, the same shows the product, which comes from a family business, founded in 1948 by Italian immigrants, the company is dedicated to the production of strong and concentrated coffee, espresso type.
It is the first time I see it in the market and I will try to make known the characteristics that make this coffee special, since I had it in my hand and I had to open it in the early morning getting ready to leave early, since they would be looking for José and me at the residence at 6 am, The climate and the serenity of the early morning, its enveloping aroma was pleasantly felt, creating an immediate connection with my being, it was somewhat intense, but captivating, its brown color with reddish tones, typical of medium dark roast coffee, fine grinding, I only needed one thing to taste its flavor.
So, I prepared myself in the Greca that I had, to prepare it, without further ado, I put water in its lower compartment, in the filter I put two spoonfuls of coffee, I covered it well and I put it on fire in the kitchen, I waited for the Greca process to finish, while I prepared to prepare bread with turkey ham and yellow cheese, having everything ready, I put a good portion of freshly brewed coffee in the coffee cup, the typical black color of dark coffee as I like it, when I tasted it, I liked the flavor very much, I prepared another cup to add a little milk, you know that my coffees are without sugar, I also liked the combination of coffee with milk and feet with this coffee with milk, I could taste my prepared bread, without any inconvenience, which makes me tell you according to the experience that left me, that this coffee is worthy to be taken for a farewell of a good weekend, where I had the honor to enjoy with my runner friends, I hope that next year, I will have more opportunities to look for it and try it again.
I left the residence happy with my friend José, taking with me many wonderful memories with my friends and my favorite coffee drink, taking with me one less coffee to try, of which I have a good impression, that will make me look for it when I return to the capital, every sip I took is still stored in my coffee memory, to continue enjoying this elixir that is part of our Venezuelan culture, until another cup and a new review of Venezuelan coffee 🥰☕, greetings 🤗.
